In 2023, Brad Binder set the current speed record for a MotoGP motorcycle riding this very KTM RC16 at the Grand Premio d'Italia Oakley at Mugello. Hitting a staggering 366.1 km/h on the 1.1 km start-finish straight, he rocketed into the history books, achieving a record that stands to this day.
